it is clear that the sign of progress in a neighborhood is upward mobility, well, in general. around here, many homes are getting fixed up very nice and pretty. then again, that is also the sign of losses in diversity. then, one notices homes less-well kept with paint and cleaning. that is usually considered a blight and bad for the average selling price of a home. I guess these homes, as shown in the photo, can also be viewed as warning signs of a greater loss of diversity, and danged be market statistics.
